AMDG Dataset v1.4 — 111 Government Digital Reform Cases, 58 Countries, with Extended Supplementary Materials

Changes in v5, 3 August 2026. This version retains the frozen AMDG Global Master Dataset v1.4 and adds extended supplementary materials: the PDI Field Errata Note; the PDI Data Quality Audit and Quantitative Validation Summary; index-construction protocols; the AMDG pipeline notebook and README; illustrative case extensions; and supplementary documentation on the case repository, mechanisms, and formal sketch. No change has been made to the frozen v1.4 master dataset file. Users requiring PDI values should consult the errata note and associated validation materials. This version extends the frozen AMDG Global Master Dataset v1.4 (111 government digital-reform cases, 58 countries) with extended supplementary materials from the AMDG research programme, including index construction protocols, theoretical framework documentation, data quality audit materials, and illustrative case extensions. It shares its master dataset and concept lineage (10.5281/zenodo.21640744) with earlier versions of this record used in other AMDG-programme publications. No manuscript-identifying or peer-review-status information is included in this description, as this version is not part of any blind review process.
