Tetramorium genome sequencing : combination of Longs/short reads and Hi-C

In a first step library preparation and sequencing were performed at the Get-PlaGe core facilities with Oxford Nanopore Technologies (ONT, 1D LSK 109) (on GridION instrument) and DNAseq Illumina HiSeq (on HiSeq 3000) and assembled into scaffold on GenoToul bioinformatics facility. In a second step Hi-C library preparation and sequencing (illumina MiniSeq) were performed on MGX-Montpellier GenomiX. These data were used for 3D-DNA scaffolding on GenoToul bioinformatics facility .
