This dataset compiles 8,091 geospatial reference points identifying olive grove management systems in Andalusia (Spain), classified by experts in GIS and crop detection into four categories: Traditional (T), Intensive (I), High-Density Intensive (HDI), and Super-Intensive (SI). It includes a vector layer in GeoPackage format (OGC) including all the identified points (CRS WGS84 , EPSG:4326), and a CSV containing the same attributes (class code, olive grove type, X/Y coordinates). These points were used to extract multi-temporal aerial imagery (2016 at 0.5 m/pixel; 2019 at 0.25 m/pixel and 0.5 m/pixel resampled), providing training and validation data for remote sensing analyses of olive grove plantation systems.
