Whole genome sequencing and assembly of 13 diverse Aspergillus fumigatus isolates. Aspergillus fumigatus

Genome assemblies of 13 diverse Aspergillus fumigatus isolates representing laboratory type strains, clinical isolates, and environmental isolates. We utilized long read sequencing technology complemented with short read next-generation sequence reads to establish whole genome assemblies. The goal of this project is to establish a diverse set of A. fumigatus reference genomes to use in understanding generalized and unique responses to low oxygen exposure of A. fumigatus biofilms.
