Successive County Court Rules have required the Registrar of the Court to keep a register of all verdicts, orders, and judgements of the court.This series was used to register actions initiated by 'Special Summons". It covers claims for recovery of debt or a specific chattel. Examples include claims for goods sold and delivered, work and labour done, taxation matters, breach of agreement, and money owing.Information recorded includes:- name of the Defendant and the Plaintiff- particulars of the Plaintiff's claim- amount of claim, fees, costs and service- notices filed- judgement and orders
