This dataset contains the gzip-compressed, autosome-wide gnomAD v4.1 genomes FILTER lookup resource used by RV-EXCALIBER v2.0 on GRCh38/hg38. The file combines chromosomes 1-22 and provides site-level gnomAD FILTER annotations used by the pipeline to retain variants with PASS status when constructing internal and external rare-variant burden matrices.
