The whole-genome sequence of an Australian isolate of Pectobacterium carotovorum subsp. cartorvorum Waldee RMIT1, isolated from the weeds of Angled onion (Allium triquetrum). Pectobacterium carotovorum subsp. carotovorum strain:cartorvorum Waldee RMIT1

Here, the aim of this project is to sequence the whole genome of Pectobacterium carotovorum subsp. cartorvorum Waldee RMIT1 strain. Then, this will help to identify the phylogenetic relationship of Pectobacterium carotovorum subsp. cartorvorum Waldee RMIT1 compared with other related strains. The whole genome sequence data for the other Pectobacterium spp. will also be accessed and compared to the sequenced genome of this strain.
