通过对大豆样品的蛋白含量、水溶蛋白含量、油脂含量、水分含量进行检测分析,了解当前市场供应的大豆品质状况,帮助豆制品商户选择更好的大豆进行加工和生产,为生产计划提供指导,进而提高产品的质量和附加值。1、数据采集:使用谷物分析仪(澳洲谷揽GR-1800)对大豆样品进行蛋白含量检测,获取蛋白含量、水溶蛋白含量、油脂含量、水分含量等基础检测数据。2、数据处理:对原始测试数据进行清洗,去除异常值、重复值等不符合要求的数据。3、算法分析:依据检测结果,对大豆各个指标进行评分评级:水分含量>16,得分0.5,16≥水分含量≥15,得分0.8,水分含量<15,得分1;蛋白含量>45,得分1,45≥蛋白含量≥40,得分0.8,蛋白含量<40,得分0.5;水溶蛋白>50,得分1,50≥水溶蛋白≥35,得分0.8,水溶蛋白<35,得分0.5;油脂>24,得分1,24≥油脂≥18,得分0.8,油脂<18,得分0.5;评价分值计算公式:Y=(N*a1+X*a2+X*a3+Z*a4)*100,N、X、Z为权重系数;评价分值>85,记为A+,85≥评价分值≥80,记为A-,评价分值<80,记为B;4、数据应用:了解不同产地、品种大豆的品质状况,为生产计划提供指导。

This dataset is developed through detection and analysis of protein content, water-soluble protein content, oil content and moisture content of soybean samples, aiming to understand the quality status of soybeans currently supplied in the market, assist soybean product merchants in selecting better soybeans for processing and production, provide guidance for production plans, and thereby improve product quality and added value. 1. Data Collection: A grain analyzer (Australian Gulan GR-1800) was used to detect soybean samples, and basic test data including protein content, water-soluble protein content, oil content and moisture content were obtained. 2. Data Processing: Clean the original test data by removing outliers, duplicate values and other non-compliant data. 3. Algorithm Analysis: Grade each indicator of soybeans based on the test results, with the following scoring rules: - Moisture content: 0.5 points if >16; 0.8 points if 15 ≤ moisture content ≤16; 1 point if <15 - Protein content: 1 point if >45; 0.8 points if 40 ≤ protein content ≤45; 0.5 points if <40 - Water-soluble protein: 1 point if >50; 0.8 points if 35 ≤ water-soluble protein ≤50; 0.5 points if <35 - Oil content: 1 point if >24; 0.8 points if 18 ≤ oil content ≤24; 0.5 points if <18 The evaluation score is calculated using the formula: Y = (N*a1 + X*a2 + X*a3 + Z*a4) * 100, where N, X, Z are weight coefficients. The grading standards are: A+ for evaluation score > 85, A- for 80 ≤ evaluation score ≤ 85, and B for evaluation score < 80. 4. Data Application: Understand the quality status of soybeans from different origins and varieties, and provide guidance for production plans.
