These files comprise fasta formatted and raw fastq 16S rRNA sequences of bacterial colonies isolated from zebrafish larvae that had been exposed to silver nanoparticles (nAg) in acute toxicity tests. Sequences of isolates from larvae that had not been exposed to nanoparticles (Control) are also included in the file. <br>Details of this experiment have been published in <i>Nanotoxicology</i>: <br><br>Brinkmann BW, Koch BEV, Spaink HP, Peijnenburg WJGM, and Vijver MG, 2020.
