This project contains 8 samples of RNA-seq data. The samples are Streptomyces strain S9 and Streptomyces strain S12 (replicates 1 and 2 under carbon (CFM) and sulfur (SFM) free media). This study aim to identify possible genes involve in the endosulfan-degradation under sulfur and carbon-deficient conditions by tropical actinomycetes isolated from agricultural soil.
