Mice were exposed to far-infra red radiation and fecal DNA was extracted and evaluated for microbial composition. Mice abdomen were exposed to FIR five times with two-minutes FIR exposures, each with an interval of two hours was decided based on ERIC-PCR analysis. We found that transient exposure of FIR induced immediate and long lasted changes in the gut microbial composition
