Volume surface area dataset

The code folder contains our Python training code for DNN+Resnet, including comparison code for several models, the best training model, and more. In the dataset folder, there is a citrus tree point cloud that we have already cut. In the DRandAS folder, there is a desktop application developed using our team's DR algorithm and optimized AS algorithm. Simply download the installation package and enter the single tree point cloud file in the visualization interface to use the previously developed algorithm for phenotype extraction.
