Bacterial communities in sediments of the Yellow Sea

19 typical sediment samples of the Yellow Sea were collected and the bacterial communities of the surface sediments were analyzed using 16S rRNA sequencing technology. This study aimed to: (1) explore the composition of bacterial communities in typical sediments of the Yellow Sea and their relevant environmental driving forces; (2) disclose the assembly mechanism and mode of co-occurrence of these communities; (3) explore environmental functions and their influences on bacteria in marine sediments. These research results provide new insights into the assembly mechanism and mode of co-occurrence of bacterial communities in sediments of the Yellow Sea.
