EPM 27359 was located approximately 46 km north west of Mt Carbine and is largely accessible by sealed and unsealed roads. The project area was situated a few hours drive from the coast and most services are easily accessible. The target resource is alluvial gold.

This tenement was granted to Dennis Ronald Fitzgerald on 27 February 2020 for a period of five years. The permit renewal was not lodged and the permit expired. Three mining lease applications were made following expiry covering the resources discovered during the exploration programs.

The area of this exploration permit produced 6 mining lease applications. Two of the applications were granted, one was abandoned and 3 are currently under assessment for grant.

The work program commitment on this permit, in this period has been met.
