Seismic assessment on different irregular structure considering incident angles and soil structure interactions

This dataset contains the input data and results from a numerical study investigating the impact of seismic vibration incident angle on the response of irregular reinforced concrete structures, considering soil-structure interaction (SSI). The study examined two different 10-story irregular building configurations (L-shaped and C-shaped) designed according to BNBC-2020 guidelines. The data includes: Soil parameters: Site-specific soil properties used in the SSI model. Seismic input: Data related to the seismic loading, including the BNBC-2020 spectrum and the El Centro earthquake time history. Analysis results: Displacement data for each structure at 10-degree increments of incident wave angle, considering SSI conditions. The research used the finite element method within SAP2000, employing the Newmark-beta method for time-history analysis.
