资源简介:
The dataset corresponds to electrodermal activity (EDA) and electrocardiogram (ECG) signals collected during the performance of mental workload tasks in an office environment. Data were collected in two experiments: Multiple induced mental workload test: EDA data were collected when 7 participants performed three different activities to induce mental workload, namely, N-back test, Mental Arithmetic test, and Neuropsychological Stroop Test. A baseline condition was presented before each test. During the baseline condition, the participant was instructed to relax while viewing a white cross with a gray background for 2 minutes. Mental Arithmetic test at different levels of difficulty: EDA and ECG data were collected when 41 participants performed the Mental Arithmetic test at two different levels of difficulty. A baseline condition was presented before each test. During the baseline condition, the participant was instructed to relax while viewing a white cross with a gray background for 2 minutes. Data were collected using a BIOPAC MP160 system (Biopac Systems Inc., Goleta, CA, USA) in an experimental set-up created to simulate an office work scenario. EDA data were collected using EL507 electrodes, while ECG data were collected using EL503 electrodes. Data is provided in two Matlab files that contain the raw sensor data of the experiments: (1) Multiple induced mental workload test, and (2) Mental Arithmetic test at different levels of difficulty. Additionally, an Excel document with demographic data of the participants and the scores obtained in the Mental Arithmetic test for the second experiment. Data provided are sampled at 250Hz.  Check the "README_workerHP.txt" file for details about this dataset.    Funding: This work was co-financed by European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), project number NORTE-01-0247-FEDER-070146, under the Programa Operacional Regionaldo Norte, Portugal 2020, through the National Innovation Agency (ANI) and by FCT – Fundação para a Ciência e Tecnologia - within the R&D Units Project Scope: UIDB/00319/2020.
