Gene expression profile of iron fractionated and non-iron fractionated macrophages from subcutaneous injected syngeneic murine fibrosarcoma in WT mice.

We used bulk RNA sequencing to study the differences between iron-high and iron-low tumor associated macrophages in murine fibrosarcoma. Overall design: Cells were isolated from subcutaneous implanted syngeneic fibrosarcoma tumors in C57BL/6 mice. Cells were iron enriched using magnetic columns to obtain an iron positive eluate and an iron negative flowthrough. Both fractions were analyzed with bulk RNAseq.
