Large data objects accompanying the manuscript 'Prolonged persistence of mutagenic DNA lesions demonstrated in stem cells'.
This is to be used in conjunction with the code and additional small data in the github repository at: https://github.com/mspencerchapman/Prolonged_persistence_of_DNA_lesions

The unzipped 'input_data' directory should be place in the Data/ folder of the cloned github repositry
Similarly, the MAV_sim_results.tsv file should be placed in the Data/simulation_results/ folder
