STALWART Morality Engine: Open-Source Legislative Auditor (v3)
收藏资源简介:
The STALWART Morality Engine is an open-source, locally hosted Python application designed to audit dense legislative texts and expose corporate capture, hidden subsidies, and wealth transfers. Using a localized Llama3 AI model (via Ollama) and a Streamlit dashboard, the engine translates bureaucratic dark matter into plain, working-class English. It systematically scans legal provisions and calculates how proposed legislation will impact everyday citizens by projecting changes to grocery supply prices, utility bills, and the overall cost of living margin. Because the engine runs entirely offline on the user's local hardware, it is fully decentralized and immune to API censorship or corporate throttling. This upload contains the core application code (v3), a proof-of-concept JSON audit payload, and manual deployment instructions. Licensing Note: This software operates strictly under a Pro Bono / Public Interest Field of Use license. It is permanently free for citizens, independent journalists, and public advocacy groups.
