Mass Spectrometry Imaging Dataset for "Spatially Informed Feature Selection and Machine Learning in MALDI Imaging for Cohort-Scale Molecular Tissue Phenomics in Glioblastoma"

MALDI MSI datasets of glioblastoma tissue sections highlighted in paper "Spatially Informed Feature Selection and Machine Learning in MALDI Imaging for Cohort-Scale Molecular Tissue Phenomics in Glioblastoma". 

The repository is sub-divided into individual directories one for every tissue section. Each directory contains i) centroided MALDI MSI data (FTICR, positive ion mode) in imzML data format, ii) H&E-stained image of the tissue section, iii) unstained bright-field image, iv) pixel labels file and v) histology-to-MSI transformation parameters.
