To investigate the role of EZH2 in transcription regulation in mouse primordial germ cell like cells (PGCLCs), we isolated Ctrl and Ezh2 KO PGCLCs. Our data demonstrates that EZH2-mediated H3K27me3 is dispensible for transcription regulation in PGCLCs. Overall design: Gene expression profiles of Ctrl and Ezh2 KO PGCLCs at PGCLC 4 days of induction.
