Access_Utility_Permits

This data layer is used in two web maps, one accessible to the public and on the website as well as one that is only accessible to Public Works staff. The web map is to assist in knowing where access/utility permits are located when working out in the field.本数据图层（data layer）可应用于两类网络地图（Web Map）：一类面向公众开放并部署于官方网站，另一类仅对公共工程部门（Public Works）工作人员开放。此类网络地图旨在协助外勤作业人员快速定位各类通行与设施许可（access/utility permits）的分布位置。
