To more accurately evaluate the impact of CMCI on the ability of MLLMs to address multi-modal complex reasoning tasks, we construct a benchmark consisting of 100 problems that require three distinct cognitive modes\u2014perception, comprehension, and reasoning\u2014each essential for solving the task. Each item in the benchmark consists of a question, an image, and an expert-validated answer.
