Chromatin conformation of the genome of pregnant mouse uteri

To gain insight on the epigenomic environment of the pegnant uterus tissues, the Hi-C assay was emloyed to comprehensively document the chromatin conformation of the genome at gestation 13. Overall design: Pooled uterine tissues from C57BL/6J mice at gestation day 13 were subject to the Hi-C library preparation by the Arima Genomics, followed by NextGen sequencing and data analysis.
