This paper introduces the Valentine Vortex Theory (JVT), a novel interpretation of black holes as transient spacetime vortices rather than permanent singularities. Using fluid-dynamic analogies, JVT proposes that black holes collapse inward while energy dissipates from their origin point. As energy diminishes, spacetime gradually returns to a flat equilibrium, similar to the collapse of a water vortex. This framework offers a new perspective on black hole lifecycles, wormhole dynamics, and energy dissipation in the universe.
