The terms metal, iron, zinc, copper, manganese, magnesium, cobalt, molybdenum etc were searched in the GO terms associated with genes differentially expressed when comparing transcripts from control seedlings to transcripts from wbc19 mutant seedlings germinating on MS media (minimum 2 fold difference in expression; P<0.001). * denotes genes also identified as encoding for oxidoreductases in Table 3.
