Association of Functional Capacity with Quality of Life Among Postmenopausal Women

There are researches that shows a decrease in functional capacity and quality of life among postmenopausal women. To the best of our knowledge, there is a scarcity of studies that show the relationship between functional capacity and quality of life among postmenopausal women. Menopause-specific quality of life questionnaire (MENQOL) is a reliable tool to measure the influence of menopausal symptoms on quality of life among postmenopausal women but is unavailable in Hindi language in India. There is a scarcity of Hindi version so, there is a need to translate the MENQOL questionnaire into the Hindi language to measure the severity of menopausal symptoms and their influence on their quality of life to correlate with functional capacity and quality of life among postmenopausal women. The study aimed to study the association of functional capacity with quality of life among postmenopausal women.
