The dataset contains simulated permafrost thickness for the Litoměřice borehole (PVGT-LT1) during the Last Glacial cycle (120–0 ka) based on the three distal palaeo-temperature proxy records (GRIP, EPICA, MD01-2444) optimized to minimize the deviation between the simulated and measured temperature–depth profiles.
