Bavarian voice (de8) for MBROLA

This fileset contains the thesis I wrote 2004, when studying computer science at the TFH Berlin, as well as the resulting, final version of the bavarian (de8) MBROLA library. The thesis is about creating a Text-to-Speech system that translate writen German into a Bavarian sythesized voice. I sort of lost the accompanying raw data, will update this fileset should I find it later on.
