Sucrose Laurate as a Biofilm-Modifying Adjunct to Cleaning and Sanitizing Agents for the Control of Listeria innocua Biofilms
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains experimental data used to evaluate sucrose laurate (SL), alone and in combination with cleaning and sanitizing agents, against Listeria innocua biofilms. The evaluated agents include sodium hydroxide (NaOH), sodium hypochlorite (NaOCl), nitric acid (HNO₃), and phosphoric acid (H₃PO₄). The deposited files include data from minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) experiments, biofilm inhibition assays, eradication assays using 24-h preformed biofilms, and residual metabolic activity measurements. Biofilm biomass was evaluated using crystal violet staining, and metabolic activity was assessed using TTC. For the biofilm assays, experiments were conducted in two independent experimental runs, with three biological replicates per run for each treatment condition (n = 6). Technical replicate measurements were averaged prior to statistical analysis. The CSV files contain the resulting biological replicate-level data used for statistical analysis and generation of the figures reported in the associated study. This dataset is provided to support transparency, reproducibility, and reuse of the experimental results.
