Transcriptomic analysis of Vanilla planifolia pod tissues at different developmental stages

This dataset contains transcriptomic data from different tissues of Vanilla planifolia pods at various developmental stages. The purpose of the dataset was to find gene expression patterns that follow those of vanillin glucoside accumulation. For that purpose, some of the samples that were previously quantified for vanillin glucosides were selected (see linked dataset in the Related Works section), and the same material was used for RNA extraction, For details about the sample preparation and experimental details open the "README.txt", and "Sample Information.csv" files.
