Whole genome expression analysis of subpopulations of activated hepatic stellate cells defined by WT1 expression

Transciptional heterogeneity of scar-orchestrating cells in liver fibrosis, defined by WT1 expression, after chronic tetrachloride injury in vivo (WT1-high and WT1-low) or activation in vitro (WT1-negative). Total RNA isolated from WT1-high and WT1-low activated stellate cells isolated by FACS after density centrifugation from livers of WT1GFP/+ mice chronically injured with carbon tetrachloride, and from WT1-negative cells from in vitro activated day 7 hepatic stellate cells.
