资源简介:
**Overview** This data package contains UK controlled drugs database, US food prices database, US nationwide food consumption survey, US national health and nutrition examination survey, US healthy eating index and data on food affordability for households led by females. **Description** This data package covers genetically engineered (GE) varieties of corn, cotton, and soybeans for the U.S. and States. Data includes the extent of adoption of herbicide-tolerant (HT), insect-resistant (BT), and both traits "stacked" genetically engineered (GE) crops. The Center for Nutrition Policy and Promotion (CNPP) Food Prices Database presents the cost of these consumed foods for 2003-04. It shows the actual cost of an apple consumed, the cost of a glass of juice drunk, the cost of lasagna eaten, etc. It also covers data on the average cost of a market basket of nutritious food items relative to income for female-headed households with children under the age of 18, for California, its regions, counties, and cities/towns. The affordability ratio uses data from the U.S. Department of Agriculture and the U.S. Census Bureau. The Healthy Eating Index (HEI) is a measure of diet quality that assesses conformance to the Dietary Guidelines for Americans. USDA’s primary use of the HEI is to monitor the diet quality of the U.S. population and the low-income subpopulation. A dataset in this package consists of 20 variables and 6795 observations from 6795 respondents who were surveyed during the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey 2009-2010 in order to assess the health and nutritional status of adults and children in the United States. The UK Controlled Drugs List dataset includes the most commonly encountered drugs currently controlled under both the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 (MDA) and the Misuse of Drugs Regulations 2001 (MDR). **Benefits** - Useful for healthcare researchers. useful for agricultural predictions and analysis. easy access controlled drug list in a normalized form. **License Information** The use of John Snow Labs datasets is free for personal and research purposes. The information in this database should be of interest to nutrition educators and economists who wish to compare relative prices of different foods as consumed, rather than the purchase price. - [Food Affordability for Households Led by Females](https://www.johnsnowlabs.com/marketplace/food-affordability-for-households-led-by-females) - This dataset contains data on the average cost of a market basket of nutritious food items relative to income for female-headed households with children under the age of 18, for California, its regions, counties, and cities/towns. The affordability ratio uses data from the U.S. Department of Agriculture and the U.S. Census Bureau. - [Healthy Eating Index 2001-2002](https://www.johnsnowlabs.com/marketplace/healthy-eating-index-2001-2002) - The Healthy Eating Index (HEI) is a measure of diet quality that assesses conformance to the Dietary Guidelines for Americans. USDA’s (United States Department of Agriculture) primary use of the HEI is to monitor the diet quality of the U.S. population and the low-income subpopulation. For this purpose the Center for Nutrition Policy and Promotion (CNPP) uses the data collected via 24-hour dietary recalls in national surveys. - [National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey](https://www.johnsnowlabs.com/marketplace/national-health-and-nutrition-examination-survey) - The dataset consists of 20 variables and 6795 observations from 6795 respondents who were surveyed during the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey 2009-2010 in order to assess the health and nutritional status of adults and children in the United States. - [Total Diet Study Food Consumption Amounts 2003](https://www.johnsnowlabs.com/marketplace/total-diet-study-food-consumption-amounts-2003) - The foods collected for the TDS (Total Diet Study) market baskets represent the major components of the average diet of the U.S. population, from infants to adults, based on results of national food-consumption surveys. For the first TDS update shown on this dataset, in which it has been analyzed market baskets collected between 1991 - 2002, the list has been based on foods to be collected on the USDA 1987-88 Nationwide Food Consumption Survey (USDA, 1990). - [UK Controlled Drugs List](https://www.johnsnowlabs.com/marketplace/uk-controlled-drugs-list) - The UK Controlled Drugs List dataset includes the most commonly encountered drugs currently controlled under both the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 (MDA) and the Misuse of Drugs Regulations 2001 (MDR). **Data Engineering Overview** **We deliver high-quality data** - Each dataset goes through 3 levels of quality review - 2 Manual reviews are done by domain experts - Then, an automated set of 60+ validations enforces every datum matches metadata & defined constraints - Data is normalized into one unified type system - All dates, unites, codes, currencies look the same - All null values are normalized to the same value - All dataset and field names are SQL and Hive compliant - Data and Metadata - Data is available in both CSV and Apache Parquet format, optimized for high read performance on distributed Hadoop, Spark & MPP clusters - Metadata is provided in the open Frictionless Data standard, and its every field is normalized & validated - Data Updates - Data updates support replace-on-update: outdated foreign keys are deprecated, not deleted **Our data is curated and enriched by domain experts** Each dataset is manually curated by our team of doctors, pharmacists, public health & medical billing experts: - Field names, descriptions, and normalized values are chosen by people who actually understand their meaning - Healthcare & life science experts add categories, search keywords, descriptions and more to each dataset - Both manual and automated data enrichment supported for clinical codes, providers, drugs, and geo-locations - The data is always kept up to date – even when the source requires manual effort to get updates - Support for data subscribers is provided directly by the domain experts who curated the data sets - Every data source’s license is manually verified to allow for royalty-free commercial use and redistribution. **Need Help?** If you have questions about our products, contact us at [info@johnsnowlabs.com](mailto:info@johnsnowlabs.com).
