资源简介:
The goal of this study was to determine the impact of complement inhibition on the microbiome of healthy and AD mice. The effects of adult deletion of the complement protein C1q and constitutive deletion of the complement receptor C5aR1 on the fecal microbiota were assessed. This BioProject includes 16S data from multiple studies including 1) Inducible adult global deletion of C1q in WT and Arctic (AD) mice; 2) Co-housed WT and Arc mice compared to co-housed WT C5aR1KO and Arctic C5aR1KO mice; 3) co-housed WT, C5aR1KO, Arc, and Arctic C5aR1KO mice; 4) 12 week treatment of Arctic mice with PMX-205, a pharmacological inhibitor of C5aR1; and 5) 12 week treatment of Tg2576 mice with PMX-205.
