Sequencing of the Bursa of Fabricius in Lingnan Yellow Chicken

The significance of this article lies in the use of network pharmacology and transcriptomics to reveal the mechanisms by which the Atractylodes Macrocephala Formula alleviates cyclophosphamide-induced immunosuppression in the bursa of Fabricius of Lingnan yellow chickens. The results demonstrate that the formula enhances humoral immunity, improves antioxidant status, and modulates the MAPK signaling pathway to mitigate the damage caused by immunosuppression. This study provides new strategies and theoretical foundations for the prevention and treatment of immunosuppression in poultry. Additionally, it offers scientific evidence for the application of traditional Chinese medicine in animal production, contributing to the development of sustainable poultry farming.
