iPS-derived monocytes and macrophages are similar with primary monocytes and macrophages compared to iPS cells from the genome-wide overview and have similar gene expression patterns. Overall design: Primary monocytes were isolated from peripheral blood collected from 8 healthy volunteers and differentiated to macrophages; iPS cells are reprogrammed from skin fibroblast obtained from 3 healthy controls and then differentiated to patient specific iPS-derived monocytes(imono) and macrophages(iMac)cells, and mRNA expression profiles were analyzed by RNA-Seq. *** Submitter declares that the raw data will be deposited in dbGaP due to patient privacy concerns.
