The purpose of this study was to investigate the social conditions that facilitate volunteer engagement, using NSW Meals on Wheels services as a case study to explore the common challenges faced by volunteering organisations. Data for this study were collected using semi-structured interviews, audio recorded and saved as M4A files. Eleven participants were recruited: 4 managers, 5 volunteers and 2 staff from Meals on Wheels NSW. This dataset cannot be pulbished openly due to ethics conditions.
