🧪 Dataset: HeLa Cells with Bacterial Infection (Widefield Microscopy) 📖 Description This dataset contains multi-channel microscopy images of HeLa cells infected with Yersinia pseudotuberculosis. Images were acquired as large field-of-view overview scans consisting of 2×2 stitched fields.One dataset is additionally downsampled using 4×4 binning (average).
