资源简介:
Study aimed to determine changes in global gene expression in individual honeybee (Apis mellifera) pupae in response to high levels of Deformed Wing Virus (DWV) and the combination of DWV and Sacbrood Virus (SBV). The honeybees were reared on artificial diet from early larval stage (day 5 of development) until sampling at pupal stage (day 15 of development). The honeybees reared on virus-free diet (Samples D1, D2) showed very low levels of DWV and SBV. Sampled honeybees which received SBV and DWV orally at the day 5 of development, showed significant, hundreds fold increase, of the virus levels, either DWV alone (Sample C1), or both DWV and SBV (Samples C5, C6).
