资源简介:
Breast cancer (BC) is one of the most common causes of death in the world. This cancer is the second most common cancer among women and the second deadliest cancer in the world. One out of eight women over the age of 85 will suffer from this disease during her lifetime, and breast cancer is the fourth most common cancer among women. Among the reasons for the high mortality rate of this cancer, we can mention severe invasion, rapid metastasis and high resistance to chemotherapy drugs. One of the most important ways to prevent and treat this cancer in time is screening and examination before it occurs in women. Today, the common method of this examination in women is mammography, but examining some genes that play an important role in controlling the growth, apoptosis and function of these cells helps a lot in preventing this cancer. Among the important genes that play a role in inducing this cancer are KANSL3, KIF4A and MYLK2 genes. These genes play an important role in controlling the growth and division of cells and their metastasis, so that defects in them can contribute to the occurrence of this cancer in women.Practical goals of the plan:Due to the widespread prevalence of breast cancer among women, one of the effective ways to prevent it is the screening of susceptible people, and the practical purpose of this project is early detection and screening of people for the occurrence of breast cancer using KANSL3, KIF4A and MYLK2 genes. The title of effective biomarkers in breast cancer screening is that it can help to start the treatment process for cancer in many people.Summary of execution method:Patients were selected based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. Then blood samples were taken from people. In the next step, RNA extraction was from the blood samples of people and then cDNA synthesis was done. Then, the amount of KANSL3, KIF4A, and MYLK2 genes was checked using a real-time PCR technique. The real-time PCR reaction was done in the form of three repetitions.
