VQA Execution Ontology: RDF/OWL Vocabulary, SHACL Shapes, and SPARQL Competency Queries

This archive contains an ontology package for representing and validating variational quantum algorithm execution records. It includes RDF/OWL and Turtle versions of the ontology, SHACL validation shapes, valid and intentionally invalid VQE example records, SPARQL competency queries, and Python scripts for validation and query execution. The ontology models VQA/VQE components, ansatzes, Hamiltonian and Pauli terms, optimizers, quantum backends, software and provenance metadata, noise models, error-mitigation techniques, and execution results, with emphasis on reproducibility and automated consistency checking.
