The dataset includes video sequences encoded from raw YUV format in the following settings: • Resolution: HD, FullHD and UHD (4K) • Bitrate: 5, 10 and 15 Mbit/s • Codec: H.264 (AVC) and H.265 (HEVC) • Number of test scenes: 6 • Digital container format: .ts (MPEG transport stream) • Packet loss rate: 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.5, 0.75 and 1 % Image quality assessment: ACR, VMAF, SSIM
