Hamster immune repertoire analyses remain constrained by insufficient genomic characterization of B cell and T cell receptor loci. To initiate the development of comprehensive reference resources for hamster immunoglobulin and T cell receptor genes, long read transcriptome sequencing was conducted across six tissue types.
