It is constructed through database searches, literature searches and theoretical calculations, and mainly records basic theoretical data including database information, structure and performance of carrier transport materials, structure and performance of luminescent materials, algorithms and basic data of OLED photoelectric characteristic simulation software, etc. The total data volume of this dataset is 12.10 MB.
