线上问诊音频数据集

该数据集由在线问诊活动产生，已去除隐私信息，记录了患者通过互联网平台描述病症并获得医疗诊断建议的过程信息，覆盖了包括常见病和慢性病在内的多种疾病类型。通过对病症陈述、医生建议的分析，可用于AI辅助问诊及在线医疗服务训练，并依据患者主诉与医疗诊断内容研究病症主诉与诊断、用药建议间的规律及趋势分析。

This dataset is generated from online medical consultation activities, with all private identifiable information removed. It records the procedural details of patients describing their symptoms and obtaining medical diagnostic advice via Internet-based platforms, covering a wide range of disease types including common diseases and chronic diseases. Analysis of symptom descriptions and physician recommendations from this dataset can support the training of AI-assisted consultation systems and online medical services. Additionally, it allows for research on the regular patterns and trend correlations between patient chief complaints, medical diagnoses and medication suggestions based on patients' self-reported symptoms and corresponding medical diagnostic contents.
