This data product is developed through digital processing based on the fascicle *Dinghushan Station, Guangdong (1998–2008)* from Volume *Forest Ecosystems* of the series *China Ecosystem Long-term Observation and Research Dataset*, with refined metadata and associated entity data.
This dataset documents observational data on soil chemical properties of various observation plots at Dinghushan Station from 1999 to 2008, covering soil nutrients, soil exchange capacity, total mineral elements in soil, soil trace elements and heavy metals, soil available nutrients, soil available trace elements and other related indicators.
This data product also includes relevant documents such as introductions to Dinghushan Station and its observation plots.
