Data on Vertical distribution patterns of zooplankton across a gradient of fish predation in boreal lakes

This data base is the one used in Gignac-Brassard et al (2022; Freshwat. Biol.) to analyse the relationship between different environmental variables (fish predation, temperature, resources, etc.) and the distribution of different zooplankton taxa in the water column in 17 boreal lakes.
