中国绿色专利分地区统计数据

根据知识产权局2018年发布的《中国绿色专利统计报告（2014-2017年）》可知，当前我国的绿色创新活动活跃，绿色专利拥有量逐步提升，截至2017年底，我国绿色专利有效量达13.6万件，在专利申请方面，2014年至2017年，我国绿色专利申请量达24.9万件，年均增速高于我国发明专利整体年均增速3.7个百分点。  作为生态文明的重要内容，绿色创新是我国创新的重点工作。“绿水青山就是金山银山”，我国各地区在追求经济高速发展的同时，也在追求经济转型，将经济发展和绿色发展统筹起来。综合来看，要追求经济的高质量发展，绿色创新是重要引领力量。

According to the *China Green Patent Statistical Report (2014-2017)* released by the National Intellectual Property Administration in 2018, China’s green innovation activities have been thriving, with the stock of green patents growing steadily. As of the end of 2017, the number of valid green patents in China stood at 136,000. Regarding patent applications, between 2014 and 2017, China’s total green patent applications reached 249,000, posting an average annual growth rate 3.7 percentage points higher than that of China’s overall invention patents.
