TM Wide-targeted metabolome analysis

本项目选取8个样本,分为8组进行代谢研究。首先,采用非靶向代谢组学技术对混合样品中的代谢物进行检测和鉴定;然后,将这些代谢物与Metaware自主研发的代谢组学数据库相结合,基于广靶向代谢组学技术进行代谢分析。共检测到1369种代谢物。结合基于UPLC-MS/MS的检测平台、自建数据库和多变量统计分析,研究样品间代谢组学差异。In this project, 8 samples were selected and divided into 8 groups for metabolic study. Firstly, the metabolites in the mixed samples were detected and identified using non-targeted metabolomics technology; then, these metabolites were combined with Metaware's self-developed metabolomics database for metabolic analyses based on broad-targeted metabolomics technology. A total of 1369 metabolites were detected. The metabolomics differences between samples were investigated by combining the UPLC-MS/MS-based detection platform, the self-constructed database and multivariate statistical analysis.
