Next-Generation Sequencing Facilitates Quantitative Analysis of Rbbp4F/F (Control) and Rbbp4-/- Embryonic Stem Cells Transcriptomes

Purpose: The goals of this study are to compare Rbbp4-/- with Rbbp4F/F embryonic stem cells transcriptome profiling (RNA-seq) to evaluate the target genes regulated by Rbbp4. mRNA profiles of Rbbp4F/F and Rbbp4-/- embryonic stem cells were generated by deep sequencing, in triplicate, using Illumina Novaseq6000.
